Yes, we bring all equipment and supplies. However, if you have a favorite product or you want us to use your equipment, we are happy to do that.
All our cleaners wear masks, disposable gloves and disposable booties. We sanitize our equipment, and use clean, sanitized mop heads, steamer pads and cleaning cloths in each home.
We are a professional company, with all licenses, insurance and training in place and our cleaning staff are background checked. Our cleaners are not doing this as a short term job, this is their profession. They love to clean!
Yes, in most cases, we can schedule the same team each time.
We confirm each appointment the day before. We are flexible if you have to change and will work with you to the best of our ability. However, a same day cancellation is a 50 percent charge of your appointment.
