We have cleaners on staff who have many years in the hotel industry. We know how to make your property look professional and appealing to guests, while maintaining an extremely clean unit.

We have many procedures in place to assist us in presenting your property the way it should be, each and every time.

In addition, we offer services to owners. If you supply us with the calendar, we schedule the cleans and you never have to be concerned about whether the unit will be cleaned. We confirm with you by text the day before in case something has slipped through the cracks, or there is a last minute booking or cancellation.

When we first arrive at the property, we do an initial inspection, and report anything to you, the owner. We are always on the lookout for things that should be addressed (stained/ripped linens, missing cutlery et cetera) so that your property is always presented at its very best. And communication between Royal Maid Service and you, the owner, is so important. Sue, the owner of Royal Maid Service, is a vacation rental property herself for many years. She knows the kind of communication owners are looking for, and she also knows how to look at a property as a cleaning company owner, as a vacation rental property owner and as a guest, all different views.
